- This form should be completed and submitted to the DFES Built Environment Branch (BEB) with supporting information before a meeting can be booked with the BEB.
- This form allows the applicant to book a time slot to discuss up to two projects only. Raising additional project/s during the meeting will not be permitted. Please lodge a new form/s to discuss an additional projects.
- Please note the advice provided is preliminary only.
- Project teams meeting minutes intended to be shared with BEB staff should be emailed within 10 working days following the meeting to BEBadmin@dfes.wa.gov.au
- If there are comprehensive technical Direct Brigade Alarm (DBA) connection performance considerations, the DFES DBA Section Manager dba@dfes.wa.gov.au should be contacted to arrange a separate meeting with the applicant.
- PLEASE NOTE * This “Deemed to Satisfy & Fire Safety Systems” consultation meeting will be attended by DFES Building Fire Safety Officers only. Any deviations from the NCC or performance-based fire engineered solutions will not be discussed during this time; otherwise, please submit a Fire Engineering & Deemed to Satisfy (DTS) Meeting Request.
