    Use this form to lodge a privacy complaint with the Small Business Development Corporation.

  • About the Privacy Complaints process

    The Small Business Development Corporation (SBDC) accepts complaints regarding Privacy and will be dealt with by the Privacy Officer from 1 July 2026.

    • You can nominate an authorised represetative to manage and correspond with the SBDC in regard to this complaint. Please ensure that an Authorised Representative Nomination form is attached in this form.
    • The Privacy Officer will receive this complaint and acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days of receipt.
    • The Privacy Officer will endevour to provide an outcome within 30 days (calendar) of reciept of your complaint.
    • If the Privacy Officer needs more time, they will contact you within the 30 days to provide an update and expected time frame.
    • We may need to contact you to clarify ascpects of your complaint.
    • When corresponding with SBDC about this complaint, please use the reference number provided on submission of this form.

    If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of the outcome or response, you can lodge a written complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC). Visit the OIC website for information about lodging a complaint.
