Pre-Submission Meeting Request Form

Please complete this form to request a pre-submission meeting with the MLP Secretariat. The form allows you to provide the Government with a high-level summary of your proposal prior to the meeting. Please ensure you have read the Market-Led Proposals (MLP) Policy, Supplementary Guidelines and Terms and Conditions.

Prior to submitting this form to the MLP Secretariat, please ensure all sections are adequately addressed. Lodgement of this pre-submission request does not constitute formal submission of your proposal to the State.

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage collects your personal information in order to assess your Market-led Proposal. Additionally, we may use information you provide for related purposes such as to contact you about your proposal and comply with reporting requirements, which includes providing advice to ministers and Cabinet.

As part of the assessment process, we may share your personal information with relevant State Government agencies and Government Trading Enterprises such as Water Corporation; Western Power.

We will not disclose your personal information for any other purpose without your consent unless required by law, or the disclosure is authorised under the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024.

If you do not provide the requested personal information, we may not be able to consider your request.

We use WA.gov.au, a third-party platform, for Market-led Proposal applications. Please see WA.gov's Privacy Policy for details about how it manages personal information.
