    Why are we collecting your personal information?

    We collect your personal information for the purposes of processing your request for design review to be undertaken on a development proposal. We may also use information you provide for related purposes such as complying with reporting requirements, including advising and providing submissions to relevant ministers and Cabinet. 

    We will seek your consent to use your personal information for any secondary purpose that is not outlined in this notice.

    What would happen if we do not collect your personal information?

    If we do not collect your personal information, we will be unable to consider your request for design review to be undertaken on the development proposal.

    Who may we disclose your personal information to?

    The personal information you provide may be shared with Stantons International, a contracted service provider engaged to provide probity services. Personal information will only be shared with Stantons International for the purpose of seeking advice regarding appropriate management of conflicts of interest.

    Access to and correction of your personal information

    Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of personal information about you that is held by us.  

    In some cases, requests for access or correction will be handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
