This privacy collection notice is for members of the public who subscribe to receive updates about the Housing Diversity Pipeline (HDP).

The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage collects the below personal information for the purpose of subscribing you to the HDP mailing list, to allow us to contact you to provide updates:

- full name
- organisation.
If you leave any mandatory fields blank, we will be unable to send you updates.
If you would like to update your personal information you can resubscribe with a different email address.

We will not disclose your personal information for any other purpose without your consent unless required by law, or the disclosure is authorised under the Privacy and Responsible Information Sharing Act 2024.
