As you have not visited this prisoner before, proof of identity is required when you attend your visit when confirmed. Please complete the following forms:
- Visitor Declaration Form - witnessed by a person authorised under Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations Act 2005 and emailed to the prison prior to your visit.
- Visitor Identification Form - Visitors are to ensure they have their 100 points of ID - 1 form must be a valid Photo ID.

The booking lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 11.30 pm and 12.30 pm to 3.00 pm.

Note: There are no visits on Good Friday and Christmas Day.

All times shown below are Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).

Visitors should plan to arrive at the prison at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit time for security screening.

Visitors arriving after the scheduled cut-off time will be refused entry.

The Visitor’s Centre is the first building as you walk down the stairs from the carpark on the right-hand side.
