Important requirements
The identity and relationship to the prisoner must be verified before a phone number can be placed to a Prisoner's phone account.
This will be done once a request is submitted by the prisoner after receiving the phone number.
Phone numbers will not be accepted when it appears that the number:
- breaches an active restraining order
- has been requested for a removal in the past.
Note: Request to re-add a number must be in writing to the Superintendent of Casuarina Prison.
Allow up to 5 business days for the request to be actioned.
