- Visitor Declaration Form - witnessed by a person authorised under Oaths, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations Act 2005 and emailed to the prison prior to your visit.

Please read the following important information as you need to make a correct selection. Any incorrect selection may cause delay in reviewing and approving requests.
- E-Visit sessions are booked in 30 minute timeslots, please indicate below your preferred date and time. All times shown below are Australian Western Standard Time (AWST). If your preferred session is not available you will be booked into the nearest available session.
- Earned supervision prisoners are able to receive evisits between 3.30 pm – 6.00 pm. Please indicate your preferred time in the additional information box on the next page.

Note: There are no visits on Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Visitors should plan to arrive at the prison at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit time for security screening.

The Visitor's Centre is signed and is the building next to the car park. Not the gatehouse.
